Hi guys, like i said before, i wanted to test Unreal Engine 5(UE5) as a render engine for my videos, i figured out the workflow, it is pretty similar to the one that i used before for Blender, but better and faster in almost every regard, first of all the rendering speed is amazing, i literally had chills the first time that i pressed the rendering button, it was with the more basics settings but i was rendering 1 frame every 0.08 seconds at 1080p resolution, yeah, more than 10 frames per second, that is just no possible in Blender, the final image was good, like any of the ones showed in the posted pictures, the only bad thing was a "noise" in the sof shadows, so after reading more about the issue and rendering settings i tried high quality ones at 4K, this time the render time was 4-5 seconds per frame, that is still very impressive, in Blender is 12-18 seconds, and im not completely sure if its worth to choose that high settings, maybe i can lower them a little and keep the quality, i need to do more tests about it, i guess it will depend for every video/scene. In other words, i think im able to get 2-5 times faster rendering, thats a huge improvement considering that my other videos took me like 50+ hours, this would allow me to make more versions of the video, like stockings, different color of outfit, nude, black male, tan lines skin, etc.

I use alembic files, one for every pose, each model has like 20-30 parts that i need to assign materials to, i found a way to do this automatically in Blender using a script but its kind of clunky, UE5 does it automatically with just a click, the viewport speed is very fast, the lighting is really cool too, the light bounces without any baking, so everything looks better, you can have a lot of objects/geometry like the palms and vegetation that you can see, without sacrificing too much performance, there are a lot of resources(stages, effects, shaders), most of them are sell tho, but they have a reasonable price, i have been able to do everything that i did before in Blender, most of the times in a smoother/faster way, it feels like a more polished software overall, im talking only about rendering and the tools that i need for it, im still missing knowledge about the shaders, so i can add more details to the models but that will come with time and expierence, for all these reasons i would like to give a full try to UE5 for my Yinlin video, im pretty excited about it, maybe some of you already know it, i love to learn new things and improve.

All that being said, i made a short video(30 seconds), TikTok kind of, i will add it to the folders in MEGA in few minutes, i need to clarify that the outfit and stage showed wont be used for my next video, this was only a test with the resources that i had at hand. Well, back to work in the actual video, have a good day guys!

Wonderful! I've always loved the idea of using UE5 for backgrounds/scenery and using Blender for the models! And, it turns out, it works great! Keep it up and I can't wait to see the full project finished!
