It's said that when they shot the scene with the lifts near the begining. They didn't tell Billie what was going to happen. So when the water hits her, that's said to be her genuine reaction. Apparently after some of the heavier moments and the ending of series 1. Billie asked that if she could have something fun to work with, as this is said to be the answer to that request. Who doesn't love a bit of a body swap episode. Credit to Billie. At one point she has to portray one character prending to be her original character, which isn't as comically simple as simply playing another part. Then she has to pull off making it funny as well. It's perhaps a bit too silly, but then that's who and we love that. Fun to see the corny cockney rhyming slang stuff not be a huge head scratcher, like it obviously can be for some of the international reactors.
