Dunno if you remember (not actually gotten to the reveal yet), but Christian when he went to Aus with Anna Lucia went to Claire's house and was arguing with her auntie at the door saying 'I have a right to see my daughter!'

The barracks is the little village they went to at end of this episode, that the season opened on. Like 'barracks' - where soldiers live on an army base. It's clearly where the Others live. The Alcatraz island is where Hydra Station is. So when they were saying they were going home when at Hydra, they were heading back here.
