Awesome episode! Few things: Martin Kove, Kreese’s actor, is actually in his 70’s! It’s awesome that he’s so willing and able to get physical. Jacob Bertrand who plays Hawk doesn’t have a background in martial arts but really nails the fight choreography. I think he’s only rivalled by Tanner Buchanan who plays Robby. He also has my favourite scene of the series in episode 6 where he’s just brutally beating down Brucks, Kyler’s buddy. They really elevated the season with Kreese’s background. The way they interwove the flashbacks was a brilliant way of keeping Kreese human. All in all, I think this season was brilliant and I love how they brought it back to reality after the school fight (only to escalate it again in the final episode). My only criticism would be that the last episode or two felt a bit rushed! The writers didn’t really ‘earn’ Hawk switching sides, it was a bit random in the episode. We saw hints of him being regretful, but then after they’ve like committed a home invasion he suddenly flipped sides. It’s fine, but it could have used more development, IMO. The same with Miguel. His recovery was a little too rushed! Finally, I get what you’re saying about season 4 potentially being the last. The writers have confirmed there are seasons after season 4, but that has me a little worried. We saw a lot of character arcs effectively completed this season. It feels very much like they’ve written for the next season to be the last (and they may have done so, because as they were writing this season, I’m pretty sure that’s when YouTube told them they were dropping the show). It’s also the last All Valley tournament the characters can enter, because it’s only for under 18s. If they have no more story to tell, as much as I love the show, I just hope they end it. If they do continue it and they try and cycle in a new young cast it just becomes a straight up soap opera being milked and I’m peacing out at that point. Great reaction!

I’m so glad you eventually were like “tbf Miguel’s recovering” I was like nooooooo Morgan 😂😂I’m sure I read the writers said they know the end game but to do that they need to do s4. Hands down my fav cobra Kai finale. And so the wait begins... Ps totally with you on Sam vs Tory

I'm glad they tried to keep as much realism as they could in terms of Miguels injuries. Even though it was accelerated for plot's sake they still put in effort.
