Just before Hector walks into the diner, one of the cooks dings the bell for an order up. Great foreshadowing for where Hector eventually ends up. This is not a spoiler because it was explicitly stated by Steve Gomez in BB when he and Hank are trying to get Hector to incriminate Jesse after the Tuco shootout, but the reason why Hector is such a mess in BB is because of a stroke.
