To be fair, you don't know if Ellen is a Cylon or not, just that the test 'human' isn't valid since he's passing everyone. You're not meant to know either way, tho there are good arguments to be made. Only Gaius knows! Either way, Ellen is trouble and perhaps should be shot out an airlock :D This in my mind is the worst ep of the entire first season, even though I enjoy it, so if you enjoyed it then you're going to love later episodes.
