Ah, ok. Thanks.

Thank you so much for another fun reaction for Haven! This episode is another episode that is just okay for me. I really like the "trouble" within this episode a lot, which I will get into in a moment. However, as I mentioned in my comments for the last episode, I really hate Chris and a lot of my dislike for his character comes from this episode, which again... I will get into in a moment. First... I think this is the first episode where I actually felt intrigued by Evi's character because we learn in the end that she is definitely up to something shady that involves Duke and his ties to his father. I still care for her at all, but at least there's a mystery now tied to her that makes me want to know why she's really in Haven. Plus... I really hate her jealousy in regards to how Duke feels towards Audrey. We know Duke cares about Audrey, but there isn't really anything between Audrey and Duke that's anything more than a deeply rooted friendship. As for the "troubles"... in previous episodes, we've learned that the "troubles" run in families and passes from generation to generation, which I have always loved. And this episode steps this up a notch because we see that the "troubles" that cause the roots to attack the people come from the hatred between the two families involved within the wedding. And I love it. I also love how Audrey is able to bring them all together in the end by reminding them why they truly love one again. It's beautiful. Chris is such a jerk throughout this episode towards everyone, including Audrey, and he doesn't understand why Audrey treats the "troubled" people throughout Haven and their "troubles" in such a gentle manner. At least not until the very end, which even then... I'm still not so sure that he understands. And Chris is just rude and impatient towards everyone else, and even Audrey at times too. I just really hate him. Sadly... this brings me to what bothers me most about this episode, and it's because Nathan risks his life in order to get to Audrey, only to see him hurt in the end upon seeing Audrey take Chris' hand. Instead, he winds up having to walk out of the barn in the end alone, which is just so sad. It's like you said... Nathan has been all alone his whole life and even his father wasn't there for him when he needed him. And we also see that while everyone else's "troubles" are dangerous for others because they effect others, Nathan's "trouble" affects only him and more than with anyone else, we see just how much his "trouble" deeply affects him. Makes him struggle with deeply with caring about himself and his own safety, because he feels he's less of a man than he is. As heartbreaking as all this is about Nathan, it is just part of why I love him so much as a character, just like you too. I'm so happy you feel the same way about Nathan. I know it isn't necessarily fair to hate Chris for this reason alone, which isn't true because I hate him for a number of reasons like I said above. And the truth is, Nathan hasn't spoken up to tell Audrey how he really feels about her either. But Audrey should really be able to see how he feels after everything Nathan's always done for her and how he treats her. Nathan does everything for her. He would do anything for her. And he's so kind and gentle towards her too. I've wanted to see Nathan and Audrey get together since early on in season one. As for what Nathan is up to with the Colorado Kid murder photo in the end... you'll have to keep watching. There's definitely more about this mystery to come. :) Thank you so much once again! I am looking forward to more reactions for Haven to come like always. Enjoy! Until your next reaction...
