I love this episode. In my opinion this is where the season gets really good. In all honesty, I'm not a big fan of the first three episodes, although there are good parts, but the rest of this season really is incredible. I love the Gilbert/Bash scenes, and watching Gilbert deliver a baby. That scene is intense, and well done. And the Anne and Matthew storyline is really good. Matthew not wanting to be with Jeannie because he wants to spend the time he has left with Anne is sad, but really sweet at the same time. And it's also kinda sad, cause I feel like Anne's never gonna lose that "I screwed up so bad he wont love me anymore" feeling, cause of her past. Even after she's been with them for a year or two at this point. I also find the Barry's situation interesting, cause it's all of them reacting to one another. The dad is ashamed of his choice, and trying to avoid talking to his wife so he doesn't have to confront the shame, the wife is feeling like she has no power in their relationship and household, so she's trying to get some control with the girls, down to Diana yelling at Minnie May. I really like how that was resolved though. And the last few scenes of this episode are just really happy. Anyway, great reaction, can't wait for the next one!
