At times you seem to be under the assumption that some of the resistance members are human, most notably when mentioned how "young" Lily seemed. Guess you forgot that all of the surviving humans are currently living on the moon, while the entire planet is populated with Androids and Machines Everyone in the resistance is an Android and most of them have lived for hundreds upon hundreds of years, including Lily; otherwise how do you think she was infected by a computer virus? Also, Their "blood" is actually oil.

As I mentioned before, I only did the story one time and it was quite some time ago, so I don't remember much of anything, only some locations. It was a bit surprising to me to see that the resistance members were also like cyborgs, I didn't remember that there was literally no humans on the planet. It all started becoming more clear with this episode though and I thank you for mentioning this, it really helps.
