Just had the thought because of this reaction and you mentioning it, I don't think the script for the 100th starlight is something Nana has seen in her loops before since with the final day of auditions soon if it's finished just a bit later it would be after Nana goes back in time. The girl who wrote the script says with the stage girls working so hard the backstage girls had to keep up so I think it got finished earlier than usual with the chain effect of Karen working harder inspiring some of the other girls to work harder inspiring the backstage girls to work harder. It would also fit with the theme of the episode that Karen was the reason things were changing. The little bit they show of Nana's backstory are really powerful and makes her decisions make sense. Having her theater club at her previous school be shut down with the other members leaving/focusing more on other clubs and us seeing that a couple of the girls in the class dropped out after the 99th festival it makes sense she'd be scarred of the same thing happening and prefer to stay in the safe familiar time.
