Remember from Ep13, the scene at the end where Asuna says "my body won't give up as long as my mind doesn't" she was supposed to have swords and spears going through her body, but they skipped that scene while they left the Scene in the Anime Adaption with Leafa in her Terraria Account, with the 3 Swords and SPears stuck in her Back and also when got hit later on with another Spear through the Eye.
