Man i feel a little bit bad for Lelouch here. The second person (after Nunnally of course), that Lelouch care very dearly is Suzaku his best friend. And now he laughing because how cruel fate that now Suzaku is his biggest problem to his path, and at some point of time he understands that he have to defeat and if he had no choice to kill Suzaku to achieve his goal. And now he understands that he can't even trust Nunnally safety to Suzaku if something happened.
