New Recognition Rule (Patreon)

From this point on, I think after Payment day (The 2nd of every Month) I'll post the Recognition pieces, because I think someone cancelled their Membership after I posted the Piece for February, and yes I checked, one cancelled right after I posted the Piece :( it just seemed too coincidental to me :V
