I made her eyes and pupils as sphere caps. Pupils were set as a different object and set to rotate around the center of the eye, so she can look at things. This time I actually managed to keep the rotation center inside her skull, my previous 3D model gave me a lot of trouble because his eyes were way bigger than his head.

I continued extruding and nudging to make Libuše's teeth, tongue, shoulders, upper torso and tits. I'll probably need to tweak the latter some more until they look soft enough. I'll see if I can add physics to them later on.
