love ya brace

Erik Weissengruber

Wow. A great demonstration of how particular techniques of domination emerge out of overlapping enabling conditions, like new institutions (the psych establishment) social structures (the military/repressive state apparatus & the economic power it has) and local culture (Ameri-Protestant confession/ redemption rituals). Wish you could have researched it in a library instead of having to live it, Brace.

Thank you for telling our story. Fuck Patrick.

Nic Bodiford

Absolutely love that you all got MSJ and the Boys on to do the voices.

I am glad you’re doing this series, thank you. I’ve been trying to come up with something about how good it is as a listener but fuck it, can’t articulate it, just thanks big time.

Juliette DeMaso

Imploring you two before you continue to talk about drugs please have Carl Hart on or at least read his books. You get so close on therapeutic state issues but utterly smack into a dated, propagandized wall regarding substances. Especially those with .. let’s say stigmas. Brace, they handed you a “hello my name is” tag, but you don’t have to wear it. You two could prove uniquely helpful on this issue, especially after covering youth institutionalizing, enlightenment era psychology (brought to you by proponents of frenology) and CIA/Fibby substance appropriating/weaponizing

Cart Hart is interesting but safe to say he's an outlier.

Amazing

Kyle Petty

I have re-listened to that intro probably five times already. Just incredible, the music drops as he asks those three powerful questions
