thank you patrons! + brigette sketch (Patreon)

#ThankYouPatrons day was a while ago but I've been wanting to say how grateful I am to you guys! (especially since we reached 500 patrons woo! \>w</)

It all started when I made my patreon all the way back in 2014 when it was still new, but I couldn't really invest my time into it until later in 2016 b/c i was working a part time job and going to school at the time. I was struggling on making ends meet and didn't have alot of time or energy to draw as much as I wanted to, and that really bummed me out. After lot of thinking, I decided to invest in my art full time via patreon.

patreon is all around a wonderful platform for creators alike, and im not speaking about it in just the monetary sense. It allows an artist/creator to pursue their craft more than just a hobby, and making a community out of what they love to do, and I think that is truly special. I never thought in a million years people would enjoy what I do enough to support me, allowing me to invest my time in doing what I love most and not have to grind on commissions to make ends meet all the time. I also feel its helped me grow as an artist, giving me opportunities to show my skills and try new things to show you guys what i'm capable of. Every pledge helps feed me, pay my rent, and thus motivate me to use my time to create more. I don't know where I'd be now without all this ;w;

I appreciate everyone that supports me, whether it be on here or my other socials. You all help me enable me to not be torn between work and creativity. you guys also give me the opportunity to draw other great characters which is great :)
