Mesotan

Mesotan is a realistic Minecraft island... it's 4 km by 4 km made by McMeddon. It's an Island that is " hardly eroded and transformed in the creation process. A custom realistic mega biome world with a huge mountain range, forests, oak trees, huge cliffs, small plains, a dry lands, desert coast and custom vegetation. Rivers that flow from the mountains all the way to the sea, which crosses through the huge lands of this island. Take a boat and cross the ocean with a near-seamless transition to the default Minecraft

🞂 What are your plans with these maps?

I love the map and would like to use it, but the sand due southwest of spawn though falls into a generated ocean below

mcmeddon

thats due the "populate the area" option ... it enables many minecraft features like structures and small little bits that are default to minecraft - i can remove the population feature for the map, but i would have to re-render/export/convert the map. If the population isnt that bad, a fix via World Edit is pretty simple, if the fix is to big to handle with worldedit ill rerender the map :)
