Hi, This is Muchi.

Achu-Sensei and I went to Okinawa, the southernmost region of Japan🏖

However, we did not do much sightseeing. We wanted to work in a different location.

And thanks to the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra that we purchased with your help, Achu-Sensei was able to make sure that he could paint in any location!

In hotels, on planes and trains, even while looking at the ocean.

But the truth is we were supposed to go home yesterday. But I am writing this diary still in Okinawa.

Yes, our flight was cancelled!😱

Fortunately, thanks to the insurance of the airline and credit card company, we did not suffer any loss. Above all, we had less problems because we were able to work from anywhere. We are positive that we have the opportunity to eat more local cuisine.

Since many people in Japan do not favor credit cards and it is difficult for sole proprietors like us to get a credit card, many writers in our industry do not have credit cards either. However, this experience has reminded us of the importance of a credit card with good insurance.

If I could afford it, I would like to take Itsuha-Chan to Okinawa.

P.S.

Our second flight was safe and sound, and we made it home!

Happy to hear you made it back safely

I've heard in Japan they prefer paper money still. It feels like the opposite in the USA where most people love the convenience of paying with credit card. Also, cards give reward points that can be spent on flying, traveling, or other goods. I've heard people often have to carry cash around in Japan where many Americans are going cashless now.

That is correct. We use credit cards frequently for points, but it is still not common in Japan!
