Hi, This is Muchi.

My city, Nagoya, is considered to be one of the less tourist-friendly of the large cities in Japan. In fact, it is a bit inferior to other regional cities.

However, one of my friends is very fond of this city and recently came to visit for the first time in five years. I accompanied him as his guide.





In Nagoya, there is a restaurant called "Mountain" which has a strange...nay, fascinating menu that can only be found here. This time I visited here as one of the tourist attractions. Now, what kind of menu is it?








This is "pasta with very sweet strawberries and whipped cream.

The pasta is of course hot.

Actually, it was my first time to try this pasta. ......



I ate it surprisingly well!


Some people can't seem to eat it...



Of course, this menu is only an extreme example, and not all of the menu items are strange, but at least part of the reason why people look at me strangely can be seen in this picture. I would have liked to try another curry with ice cream on it.


In case you're wondering, I'm on a weight loss kick... but I'm sure I'd be pissed!
