When I was about to write this article, I was just eating some Japanese sweets(wagashi), so here they are.

This is a wagashi called Kusamochi. It is a wagashi made by wrapping red bean paste mixed with sugar in a rice cake made of kneaded mugwort. It is difficult to explain, but it is very sweet and has the flavor of wildflowers😍

wagashi are an excellent source of clean energy as they are mostly made from sugar, beans and rice. Almost none of them contain fat.
