I recently participated in a bodybuilding competition.

I placed 3rd in the height category, and I'm fortunate to have made it to the podium.🥉

Although my ranking dropped compared to last year, it was inevitable given the higher level of competition this time. On the other hand, in the open category, while I didn't advance to the finals, I received a higher evaluation than last year. So, it's clear that my physique has definitely improved.💪
