You really struggled with that flash-forward at the beginning haha jk. Also, I love how we get more Mike backstory here, where its basically confirmed that he was a sniper in the Vietnam War. One thing about this show that I think outshines Breaking Bad is the character development and complexity, and it really shines here.

First peak episode of the season! S2 is the weakest season imo (S1 has slightly higher peaks and a few more of them), but that’s not saying much considering how consistently high level quality Better Call Saul is. The Tuco and Mike subplot in this episode is the first peak moment of S2 that comes close to Five-O and Pimento from S1 for me. I’m pumped for watching the rest of the show with your reactions Primate! This is my favorite show of all time, and while I’m watching it now again with you, I notice small subtle details I didn’t pick up on previous viewings! This show is just so rich in every aspect I can think of…
