Great reaction man! I think when El Camino came out in 2019, there actually wasn't really a sentiment of "we had to wait six years for this", because it initially was never planned in the first place. Jesse's ending was kinda meant to be open ended and most people interpreted him driving away in the car as a new start for him towards something better. For that reason, it's interesting because I noticed a lot of fans were actually kinda underwhelmed with the movie initially. While it shows how Jesse gets to Alaska in a practical sense, it doesn't really add too much to the story as a whole. That and, as you mentioned, some of the characters/actors looking noticeably different kinda put some people off. I was definitely one of them. That being said, with time I've been able to appreciate this movie so much more and have really come to appreciate some of the extra scenes, especially those with Badger and Skinny Pete of course. I think it works much better for people just coming off of Breaking Bad who don't go into this thinking they're getting one last vital piece of Breaking Bad content six years after it ended that's gonna blow them away. Rather it's a nice additional wrap-up piece that answers that one last question of whether Jesse did actually make it out. I also think you'll find that to be the big difference with Better Call Saul later on. That show will really bring a whole new angle to the universe and completely nails its execution. Funnily enough, even the age difference in actors doesn't seem as noticeable even if it didn't end until 2022. Great reaction though man and I can't wait for BCS tomorrow!

Better Call Saul isn’t better than BB but has amazing moments and a top tier show. I’d argue that the final Better Call season is better than ANY Breaking Bad season as well

I'm going to be honest... I wish El Camino didn't exist. I am not saying that I think it's a bad movie, I just wish they never answered what happened with Jesse, I prefer it to be open ended.
