Yeah this is the first time we see the Pikes in live action, same with Black Krrsantan. Loving how they are bringing in characters from all sorts of media.

We got to see Boba waste stormtroopers with his staff in The Mandalorian. And the scenes with the speeder train was practically taken from the history of the American plains... the railroads would encourage passengers to bring rifles to pick off buffalo while they rode in order to cripple the local tribes that were regarded as nothing but uncivilized raiders.

Boba should have just killed the mayor anyways. He should have known a threat when he saw one. Never thought I'd see the day Boba doing driving school to a tribe of tuskins. These guys look like Vader worshipers to me. So yeah in the comics Vader comes to Tatooine one time and kills a whole tribe of tuskins and one survived to tell the horror of Vader.... Things didn't go well for that one tuskin.

Honestly the flashbacks with the tuskins are more interesting than what's currently happening with Boba at this point. I think they should have started with that and then jump to current time instead of doing a flashback every time he got into the bacta tank. I wouldn't have mind a 5 years later jump cut. I'm not complaining I just think some things should have been shifted around a little. Like take this for an idea, what if they hired Daniel Logan to play Boba again, crawling out of the sarlak and he connected with the tribe. Tem could always voice over him when he spoke. We could have two Boba's for the price of one. But well should a could a would a am I right?
