It's important to realize that Skyler doesn't exactly want to dive into any of this. She isn't happy to do any of it whatsoever. It's really more of her realizing there is no way of stopping this force that is Walt's thirst for the game. She's tried to leave and stop walt but it clearly hasn't worked. She also remembers how Walt is lowkey somehow responsible for Hank in the hospital. So this is like her last resort to keep her family and everything safe. If she cant get out and away from Walt, the last fight she can bring is to truly, TRULY secure walts lie.
