Not the best episode compared to the last 2 but vital to the story. The main difference in this one from the books is everything that happens with Rhaenys including her busting in on the drago. She wasn't in Kings Landing when Viserys died. Nonetheless I don't mind the change. There are also things they have no choice to change since they left the character Mushroom out of the show. He is a dwarf and the kings fool. For instance, in the book he was the one who suspected that Daemon possibly killed his wife (Even tho he didn't in the book). I'm super excited to watch the finale but trust me, most of the craziest stuff is coming next season.

So you seemed a bit confused about visarys last words last episode, essentially he was drugged up and thought he was talking to rhaenyra, when he was instead talking to alicent. He was simply finishing the conversation he had with her earlier, but alicent misunderstood his words as being that his son aegon should be king. Essentially a misunderstanding caused the war lol

Would you believe it if I said that scene were Daemon picks up the crown was improvised, Paddy Considine (Viserys) actually dropped the crown and Matt Smith (Daemon) improvised and picked up the crown for him and helped him up the director said to leave it in the scene

Mushroom is the dwarf who was playing the drums at Rhaenyra and Laenor’s wedding, according to one of the show runners. Maybe he’ll have dialogue in season 2.

@Zach - I didn't even realize that lol. Yea maybe he will. He is definitely a pretty important character at this point in the book. I just know there have been many changes at this point due to his absence. I just kinda figured they didn't want to get in trouble for having a dwarf that's a fool lol. #DwarfShaming.
