With all these movies, it’s hard to pick favorites, to be honest I haven’t seen the newest one still, but when I finally got super into these movies is right when 7 came out, these movies always try to top the one before, and I’d say they manage to do so! I love fast five though because that’s when the team all join up including hobbs. Also I’m sure someone will tell you so I mine as well be the first, the “forehead roast” at the end was completely off script and you can tell by the way Ludacris spits out his drink! Cant wait for the next one!

I always thought this movie was insane for having 2 back-to-back amazing action set-pieces near the end of the film. Definitely a fun ride throughout! And the way they tie the movies back into Tokyo Drift is such a nice touch. Really makes every film feel like an important chapter in the whole story. Looking forward to next week! 👏 Also, did you recognize Gina Carano? Figured since you’ve been watching the Mandalorian lately you might’ve noticed the actress in this movie who also plays a recurring character in that show. She was a pretty good twist villain in this one! 👀

The last movie Paul Walker finished was Brick Mansions Furious 7 was 1 of the last movies he did (side note would definitely like to recommend Brick Mansions)

Something I heard Cosmonaut Variety Hour say “logic is just a screen writing limitation” and I fully agree with that statement because these movies decided to stop making logical sense and just be as fun and entertaining as it can possibly be and I love it for that

2023-06-13 18:45:35 They only get more ridiculous with the stunts from here on but if you’re a person who can throw everything you know about logic and physics out the window lol to simply enjoy the action then you’re good but if you can’t & want them to stick to the same world as the first movie you’ll hate them. I kept watching just to see how ridiculous they can get and I think 9 upped the ridiculousness 10000% to the point where I think I might’ve hit my limit but, as always, something in the post credit scene reeled me back in wanting to see how it plays out in 10 but I don’t even remember what it was at this point.
