Nevertheless, fantastic reaction. Still really enjoyed everything, including that dream jumpscare. Mrs. Voorhees killed everyone in this movie, actually. That's why we never see the killer until the end. It's quite a twist, even for someone who knows what Friday the 13th like you.

The year 1981 (when Friday the 13th Part 2 got released) was an incredible year for slasher films. Some recommendations of slasher films from that year that you should check out considering that you liked this one: - The Burning (Probably my favorite camp slasher. Awesome soundtrack by Rick Wakeman, fun characters and it includes one iconic horror scene that has to be seen!) - The Prowler (Some of the most gruesome murder scenes in a slasher film) - Just Before Dawn (Kids on a camping trip lost in the woods. Incredibly moody use of only forest sounds in some scenes to really give you the creeps) - My Bloody Valentine (A must see for Valentines Day! Unique location for a slasher film - set in a small mining town.)
