Notice what Walker said when being discharged. He said he followed all the orders, did everything he was told to without question. That is the definition of a good soldier. But he had no control over his emotions, and he was very arrogant as captain America while Steve always questioned orders he knew were wrong. He stood up against his superiors when needed. Steve also was humble, he had honor, respect for all those around him, he was wise. Steve is the perfect definition of a good man.

walker seriously needs some therapy for his PTSD and anger. he's in such a dark place, which is making him completely unfit for the role of captain america.
