As you progress thru the Filoni-verse of Rebels, Bad Batch, and Mandalorian, I think you will find similar “rhythms” in his storytelling. He absolutely peaks his seasons with truly gut wrenching stuff but he knows to spread those moments out. In between he has a lot of fun and usually the “filler” turns out to be meaningful in some way later on…Maybe…across shows. This arc definitely peaked with Gregor, and it’s probably the only episode I’d show a new viewer that wasn’t committed to every single episode. By the way, his name was Gregor, but the idea of a clone named Gregory absolutely tickles me, so whether that was intentional or not, salute! We also learned about rhydonium, an extremely potent explosive with a characteristic rainbow-sequence visual when it detonates. We see it throughout the Filoni verse, probably because it leads to such spectacular visuals. Anyways, I hope your affairs are in order. Kiss your loved ones goodbye, fun time is over.
