Notice how for a brief moment Sarah became what she hated and feared most, the Terminator, when she tried to merc Dyson, they even play the Terminators theme. When she's walking by the pool with pistol in hand she even walks like one. Emotionless

I was only 9 when this movie came out in cinema's and my parents went to see it and when they came back they said how great it was and I was so jealous I couldnt see it cause I was so young. My mum told me Arny was the good guy which ruined it a little. At the time people were blown away how great this film was. And I am glad you watched the theatrical cut and not the special edition as the theatical cut is better, ending to. The special edition ending has that future scene which doesnt work for me at all and that driving down the road ending with Sarah talking is perfect. There's only 2 scenes in the speical edition I would have used in the theatrical cut but you can always watch the deleted scenes on the blu-ray or dvd. And T4 (salvation) is the 3rd best in my opinion. It got a mixed reviews at the time and one of the criticisims was that the terminators were easy to kill and not almost unstoppable compared to the T1 but the weapons of course are better in 2018 and there's more solders fighting them. 5 and 6 are terrible.
