As far as I know about getting a cast removed, the blade is specifically designed to only be able to cut the material and not able to penetrate skin.

This is correct. The sawblade doesn't spin — it oscillates back and forth very rapidly. The teeth of the blade are only moving like a millimeter or two.

Peak Better Call Saul is right around the corner! :D From about now on this show elevates itself to even higher highs, for me at least. The entire show up until this point has been amazing, but the remaining episodes of the show (from the end of S4 - the end of the final season) is almost nonstop perfection to me.
