Season's Greetings! (and moving into 2021) (Patreon)

A somewhat belated Merry Christmas! Along with other Happy Holidays and the New Year~

As many of you already know, I've been off work since Dec 18th, and will continue to be until the start of January. That said, I'm not completely idle. I've had a lot of time for R&R so far, and in these final days of the year I'm just doing some behind-the-scenes work, to make our start in 2021 somewhat smoother~

First up, to reiterate something we touched on in a previous update. Polls will be scaled down significantly moving forward. My reasoning for this is I feel like I often stop myself from just making content, because I feel indebted to jump through these hoops (that I set up myself) to make every piece of artwork some democratic process. While it's fun to engage with you all, and I hope you found it fun as well, I do think it leads to a somewhat less fun art process, as well as just less art in general. I feel hesitant to jump on new content ideas, cause I feel obligated to run it through you all first, to get your approval. However, over this past year, I've learned that most of you seem to like anything I make, even when I go off-script a bit. While polls may still be run in some capacity, I do intend to do away with features such as the character suggestions, for this reason. So, I ask for your continued support and trust as we move forward, as I strive to continue making even more content I'm confident you will enjoy~

Secondly, our test run of timelapses was very successful, and I intend to keep it up! It does require some setup, so I'm sorry if we don't have a 100% cover moving into this feature, as I'm sure there'll be the rare instance of me forgetting to enable the recording or something. But the idea is to record timelapses for all color illustrations, and maybe more, and package them together with Work File posts for Worker Tier patrons. I hope you enjoy~

Thirdly, you may see some change in branding and page design here and there the coming few days! We've had this look for a while, and although it's served us well so far, I think it's time for a facelift~

**quick edit** I almost forgot! I've enabled the new annual pledge feature. So if you want to micromanage your pledges a lil less, and commit a lil more, you can now pledge on an annual basis! (With a 10% discount, imagine that)
