Need some suggestions (Patreon)

Alright so, I've started doing some minor work on a small, lewd game project I'll be prototyping March-May. Aaaand I'll be doing some illustrations as in-game rewards.

First character to be designed is Goblin, as you see above, and I need some suggestions from you guys for a lewd illustration. Can be as NSFW as you like.

If it helps spark some ideas, the game will revolve around a brothel for Monster Girls, Monster Men, Monsters in general, and Humans.
