It's hard to make a system who can satisfy everyone. I'm going to do an effort and do a list of the people who already got a request and give priority to those who never had a request into a votation poll. But I CAN'T do that regularly because there are a lot of request polls and they keep growing, maybe I'll make a return with the random wheel if that gives everyone a chance...
