What is Overnight Listing?
Overnight Listing is a special way of Lazy Listing while you are sleeping. It’s a concept to avoid cards being useless in your club and getting the most out of every possible trade/investment.
This is a key concept for trading throughout the year, I would say I probably made 10-20m additional profit with just overnight listing!
I will write this from the UK perspective, just like every other post and guide, but I will talk a bit about different time zones at the bottom again.
How does Overnight Listing work?
You list your card overpriced as a lazy listing for 6h/12h, depending on how much of the night you want to cover or how many hours you are sleeping! Doing this allows you to have cards on the market and get some sales if you are lucky.
As you know, you can't list cards while sleeping and that dries up the market. The majority of the FIFA community is from Europe and that makes the market very dry during European nighttimes. To make it simple: Without cards getting relisted -> cards run out and the market dries up -> prices go up.
That’s the whole concept of it. Super easy to do, super helpful, easy profits, and very underrated! The risk is almost zero, I rarely had a situation where a card randomly dramatically changed in price during the UK night. You can only win.
Just like with Lazy Listing, you need to know your limits / expected profit and you are good to go.

Other Overnights
Most of the time you can find other Overnight Listings too. In general, that’s not a big deal but you have to know that every card under your price makes your sale less likely. Example: If you want to list your card at 150k and there are multiple listings at 120k to 140k with 6-12h listings it's less likely to get a sale because these cheaper cards have to sell before yours is the cheapest. Ideally, there’s no Overnight Listing at all and you can get an easy sale.
Different Time Zones
Overnights in different Time Zones are a bit tougher. If you are from other European countries, it's still fine as you are just 1-2 hours different compared to the UK time.
But if you are from a different time zone, you have two options: 1st – You just don’t care and give the overnights a try and list them. It's riskier but it can still work. 2nd – You avoid any risks and don’t list them. Both options are fine for me, both are logical and should help you in the long run!
The main issue is, if you are sleeping through 6 pm you risk a sudden price change and a potential heavy loss. Even 1-2 hours before 6 pm UK time can change the market through many different things and you could end up losing coins because you held a card too long. Playing it safe is usually the better choice around 6 p.m. overnight listings.
Summary
- Lazy Listing for 6h/12h while you sleep
- No risk if you are from Europe
- Adjust your overnight listings if you are not from Europe
