Want to make this very simple. I don’t like this TOTW that much, you should make profit in the long run, but other options are probably better than this! 

Anyway, for everyone looking into picking up a few IFs to keep them in the club for 1 month and doubling the coins, here are a few options in my opinion: 

Gerard Moreno IF @ under 15k :PS: and :XB: - Looks like the meta SBC fodder.

Laurent Koscielny IF @ 15k :PS: and :XB: - Same as Moreno. 

Lorenzo Pellegrini  IF @ ~13k :PS: and :XB: - Good rating, easy to link. A few rating higher and this would be a dream SBC fodder. 

Simon Mignolet  IF @ under 11k :PS: and :XB: - This card is undervalued right now and should get up to 12-13k very fast after leaving the packs. Should see a consistent rise after that…

Nani IF @ 12k :PS: and :XB: - Too cheap. 

Some cards which are more useable: 

Serge Aurier IF @ 23k :PS: and :XB: - I like this card and I think he will get used quite a lot!

Karim Benzema IF @ as close to 90k :PS: and 85k :XB: - I think this card can go up 20-30% 

A bit riskier stuff:

Thomas Delaney IF @ under 58k :PS: and under 50k :XB: - I like him more on :XB: than on :PS: but he can hit higher areas once out of packs… I just done like that we can get Witsel this week too and that could hurt his price a bit

Manuel Neuer IF @ 160k :PS: and under 140k :XB: - I like this card in the long run, but always, long hold takes a bigger risk! 

You got two buy windows in the next 24h, one around midnight UK time and the next morning around 6am-9am. Keep an eye on them, prices could change a bit, if you got time, go for bids/snips and get the card even cheaper!
