Well, since we are leaving out the obvious ones, what about a grown up version of; Red Riding Hood, Goldilocks, or Miss Muffet? There is also the princess from Rumplestiltskin.

Oh wow, I didn't know about Rumplestiltskin. This kind of characters I like. Even if she has some similarities to Sleeping Beauty, you know the spinning wheel. It's a challenge to draw her.

Actually she is a miller's daughter not a princess but ends up marrying the king once the imp turns the straw into gold for her. If you don't want to do Snow White, you could do one of Rose Red her sister in another tale by the Grimm Brothers. Or you could draw The Elves and the Shoemaker which is about two elves that make shoes for a poor shoe maker when he goes to sleep at night and on a Christmas Eve night he and his wife catch them making the shoes. The only thing is...the elves are naked. ;-)
