At this time it would not be prudent for you to visit with him, as his mental state is very fragile. What so ever missive you have recently received, alluding to, and I quote, 'horrors of blood and shadow', you can be assured that it did not come from your brother's hand as you suggest. It is far more likely to be but a fiendish trick from parties unknown.

We are healers here Master Karses, bond to the great work of our lady Saint Rayne, you will find no conspiracy or ill treatment within these walls.

I therefore consider this matter closed, you shall, of course, be updated as and when your brother's condition changes.

Hi all!

I am pleased to present to you the forth and final premium map pack for our Incredible Interiors Series, The Hospital of Saint Rayne.

This map began as a much simpler hospital map replete with Sanitarium in the basement, however due to some excellent suggestions on our Discord server, it has ballooned to include the vampire lair beneath it!

What better way for vampires to gather victims than to open a hospital?

Indeed when I was drawing this map I imagined a powerful vampire, Lady Isobella who granted the  her ancestral mansion upon her 'death' to be used to create a hospital for the people.
