In the meantime, I wanted to give our Patrons a chance to share their favorite films to watch for PRIDE Month. One of my recent underrated discoveries is the 2020 film, "Straight Up" written by and directed by AND STARRING James Sweeney as a Queer man with OCD living in LA, struggling in MLM relationships only to find himself connected with Katie Findlay (who is NOT the ugly stepsister from "A Cinderella Story" SMH) who shares his eccentric sense of humor. Imagine Gilmore Girls meets Wes Anderson and you have a pretty good idea of this hidden gem. One of my favorites and can currently be streamed ON NETFLIX in the US.
