*current sephora employee tea* I’m 90% sure if you go to the store, and honestly say like “I was trying to see how much product there was” or something, and that it broke. They should definitely be willing to do the exchange, because it won’t effect the store’s daily goal. Side bar if you’re interested, any item that’s returned or exchanged item is checked if it’s been used, and if it has it gets recycled— called DIF. Sephora has a contractor they work with (I believe, unless it’s in house) to take care of the hazardous waste/ recycle what they can. In any event, I know I’m not the most active in your comments, but we stan your content. Hopefully this doesn’t come off like a mansplaination— I just know they’d be happy to do an exchange, and tbh I died at that foundation stick lmao
