Here are supportless Jabberwock and Alice,  inspired by the illustration from Lewis Carroll's "Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There"  from 1871.
Both models are up in the repository (new address!), and Alice is available for all on Thingiverse.

I'm struggling a bit with my new PLA, it definitely needs higher temperature (model printed at 190 crumbled like corned puff, these above were printed at 205-210). Jabberwocky takes just under 10 hours to print at 0.12mm layer height on the Fat Dragon Games Cura profile.

What PLA were you using that was crumbling? Also, do you normally print PLA at 190? I have a stock CR-10S, and I use Hatchbox PLA and usually print at 200 (bed at 60). Is there a benefit to a lower temp, or is that just what works for you?

190 worked well for my previous filament, reduced stringing and had better results with thin parts, the prints were a bit elastic so they didn't break easily. The one I have now needs at least 205 C to be usable, and there are still some extrusion problems here and there. It seems okay at 210-215, but at 215 stringing is kicking in - yet it is easy to remove. Sadly, I cannot say what the manufacturer is, because they were only labelled with the store logo I bought them from (bought them from 2 different places), but they're definitely obscure brands for you. I still need to do a temperature tower test, this should be done with every new spool.
