• Otyugh - the Monster Manual description says: "An otyugh is a grotesque, bulbous creature borne along on three sturdy legs, its eyes and nose set along a vinelike stalk that snakes from the top of its bloated body" but the most common visualisation available on the Internet shows an agile beast. So I made it as it should be, a lump of excrement with appendage, fits the creature's name.
