Fortnightly Progress - 2nd November (Patreon)

No clue how that happened.

Not that it's November. That's just the annoying habit of time to keep on slipping, slipping into the future.

It's how I gave you lovely lot the right date for my eye checkup at the hospital, and then on that very same day as I was talking to a patron on discord, I managed to somehow convince myself it was actually on the Tuesday and not the Monday.

The mental frazzling if not outright unravelling was clearly kicking in super hard that day.

The receptionist at the hospital was very nice about my cockup at least, and they'd already sorted a new appointment at the end of November. So could have been worse I guess?

Must attempt to find someway to not let stuff like this get to me so much. It's causing this to be a really not good multiple years, and I owe you all far too much to keep this from continue to happen.

Got to properly engage that whole Daft Punk ethos,  work it, do it, make it, harder!

• The No Haven Conversion / Picarto Streams

With the pre then not actually finding out about the eyes post jitters the streams did slip a bit which wasn't great.

What was great though was I did a Halloween stream! 

First one on a Tuesday in absolutely ages. I have it on good authority that the special opening playlist of themed amvs had some real bangers in terms of the music so well worth checking out the vod on picarto. 

Decided to take on encampment scavenging for that one. Was able to get the 1-3 people version working, and then I was thinking on the basis of that I could just skip to 6 and call it good. Asked chat, and that was when unearthly powers were clearly manifested, as was suitable to the evening in question, as a patron in chat suggested that I really should also check the 4 people version.

Which then resulted in a proper wall of red text of things breaking and me being absolutely flabbergasted.

Also a reasonably straightforward fix so that was nice. 

• Commissions

July+August - Dominance Training : Aww, back to no movement whatsoever again.

May+June - Whores for the Whore Makers : It's done! Posted it earlier this week. 

July+August - Antiques Dealer : It's also done. Posted it even earlier this week.

September - Ex to Sea : Already fully confirmed with an artist. Not heard anything since though so not sure when that's going to be started. 

As for the commission poll yeah Mark of the Wanton crushed it so will have to look into arranging that one. 

New poll will be up on Sunday or Monday. 

• The Discord

Really want to just highlight how lovely everyone has been on there these last two weeks. When I was super stressing on Monday night before when I thought was the appointment, I asked for lore questions, and they provided. Man, did they provide and it really helped. I'll post the questions and answers as a Q&A on the tumblr, twitter, and bluesky sometime before the next one of these.

There was also the fun idea to make Magic the Gathering cards for NH characters with the hard mode being of using entirely SFW artwork. I ended up making a couple myself, specifically the Week's End cheerleaders which I'll post on twitter when I post this.
