No Haven 0.72 - Release Hotfix (Patreon)

Only a couple of minor things, but this is the same update that will be going up on tumblr and other places.

-Attempted fix for the slave escapes not expiring after completion.  

-Assigning Second in Command wasn't working on some scenarios.  

-The new Rashnag's lore page isn't showing up.  

-There wasn't a confirmation on Infiltration - Keldan Alley - (Two Slavers) - (Seven Days) - (Rare) after adding the second slaver.  

-The Lago'Mae scholar start was showing the old traits.  

-Added another check to make sure slaver actions like using Biomancy don't persist when they shouldn't.

-No frogs allowed.
