Fortnightly Progress - 1st September (Patreon)

• No Haven

All the public releases have now been done for 0.97.

I'm now onto 0.98 where I've started with the three patron uniques that are coming with this update that didn't make it into 0.97, and working out what I'm doing with that Zharr Dwarf commission for an Assignment in the Dreadsea Coast. 

• The No Haven Conversion / Picarto Streams

Streams are properly back at the regular times. 

I've been working on making sure selecting a standard start works. That ended up involving a fairly long laborious process to find out just where it was falling over, but on the last stream I did manage to solve it. 

I've also come up with a new way of handling the playlists for the streams. Old way was long and rather awkward to do, some stuff got played too often, while others never got played at all, and of course the dreaded glut of MMDs with the same song in a row.  So yesterday I had what I think is a pretty good idea of doing it that should ensure better variety and make them easier+quicker to handle. I'm going to add new vids more gradually rather than just waiting yonks and playing them all at once. Plan is to mark them with a 'n' at the beginning of the file name so you know which ones haven't been played before on the streams. I even updated some of the missing song names on MMDs yesterday which is something I've not done in years. 

• Commissions

January+February - They Choose You + A Taste of Glory : Taste of Glory has had a couple of refined sketches and now I think it's at last ready to move onto the colours. Hope so anyway. Have poked the artist to find out what is going on, but they haven't got back to me.  

They Choose You still hasn't been started yet. I managed to pin the artist down and they said it should be starting soon..

March - Sudden Betrayal : Left side is mostly done, right needs a lot, artist has moved to a different country so understandable progress has stalled. Have been in touch and seem confident and maybe they might be starting up again soonish?

May - Saving Glory : This one has been started and is at the base colours stage. It's also rather expanded to put it lightly. So now not only will there be a second version with  now not just one human sized lady to give a sense of scale but two of them. Both are returning characters from previous commissions from this artist. It'll be up to your personal headcannons where this follow up takes place in their timelines be it before or afterwards.

May+June - Scare Crow + Laughing Trickster Priestess + Scour Dockside Taverns : Scare Crow is done and it's fantastic as usual for Starli. Laughing Trickster seems confirmed as the artist has said they love the idea and asked me to wait a month. Scour has been started and has just had the refined sketch confirmed. Again this expanded from the original pitch and is now a full body. 

July - Broken Succubus : Fully confirmed and I'm waiting on the first sketch. 

Poll for July+August has six days left to run and then there will be the one for September. 

When I cheked for the first update on twitter there was only a single vote in it. As for how it's going now:

A Brief Foray and Nomad Camp managed to sneak into third place not that's really relevent outside of me updating the formatting of the cell in question. In front though Dominance Training is pulling ahead from the alliance of an orkhai, high elves, and a tsumi harpy. 

While it doesn't need it's own section, for those that might be interested I did do my first Q&A in absolutely ages yesterday. Includes a bunch of lore stuff that came up on the discord. You can find that on both the tumblr and the twitter.
