Bonus Commission - Tempest at Thornspire (Patreon)

So after the first Thornspire got done the patron funding the assignment asked if it would be viable to have two alterations done set in the same location with the idea of using them for follow up assignments. As they were willing to fund them the answer was obviously yes and this is the second of those two. 

Really like how Valery Sazonov did this one with the storm above and the reflections of the energy pillar being especially nice.
