Discord reminder (Patreon)

Reminder for supporters on Tier 3 and up that don't know about my discord server yet, you can link your patreon with discord and automatically connect to my server , i usually always active there, if you want have a nice chat with me and other members , also you're welcome to suggests some things for me there , oh' also we have small poll for poses that i will use for the illustrations every week there
