Awesome stuff. I think a nice thing to add would be a "Default Position" button for the hand placement to reset them if the players tinkering doesn't come out good.

There is a "circle" icon on the top right corner of every setting dialog that allows you to reset all values. It should work for the hand position setting as well.

Not at the moment but I've been thinking about that for some time. Will see what can be done in the next release.
