New Ambience: Halfling Sneak (Patreon)

Greetings Patrons,

After designing the background sounds of a castle on high alert I couldn't get the idea of a thief darting among the shadows, avoiding detection, out of my head. After working on the music for a while and finding it leaning toward a more light-hearted vibe, I imagined the thief being a wry halfling. Once those two pieces were in place I followed what I perceived to be the natural path and added a dash of 60s heist film vibe.

As this track is in Patreon-only sneak-peek mode, I've included the mixed version (live on the site next week) as well as music-only, and ambience-only versions here. Additionally, I created 2 versions without the background shouts. This creates a quieter version of the castle to sneak around in and can simply be a drafty castle environment with various activities.

More additionally, I extracted 2 loops from the music section ( .ogg format as .mp3 has issues with seamless looping on many platforms). Loop 1 is the action drum section at the end, and Loop 2 is more sneaky. I imagine these working well for quick drop-ins. I hope you find these useful.
